Aggressive style

The loudest one in the room, always in the center of attention. However, they have quality personality traits — persistence and creativity may be their golden characteristics.

Passive style

The passive one will sit still and listen carefully. Their positive trait, adaptability, show respect, and it is not uncommon for them to listen well.

Passive-aggressive style

An awkward combination of the previous two. Their concealment of feelings allows a sense of stability which opens up a great space for work and progress.

Assertive style

It is characterized by compromise. They express opinions openly without pressure but at the same time respect others'. This stands out as the most constructive expression of communication and we should all strive for it.
